"Sometimes when you see a dramatic sky you think to yourself, "If I had painted this, nobody would believe it." It would be TOO much, too amazing. I refer to the paintings I have done that include mostly skies as my "Sky Series". I thought it would be kinda fun to have a whole exhibition of only skies, and call it "The Sky's The Limit!" In the interim, I am painting htem one amazing sky at a time. This one could be almost anywhere. In actual fact, it is a sky over the water in the Whitefish area. Working the patterns of the clouds and in the water, made it almost an abstract style."
